Application
The agitator is mainly used for material preparation in AAC production lines. Different types of mixers are used for different applications. For instance, the 6m³ mixer can be used to produce sand/fly ash slurry in ferry pools. The 6m³ mixer can be used to produce waste slurry; 20m³ mixer can be used with ball mill to produce slurry, or used with cutting machine to produce waste slurry; 50m³, 60m³ and 100m³ mixer are generally used to produce slurry.

The 6m³ mixer mainly adopts a cross blade, while other mixers with higher volume adopt triangular blades for better mixing effects. For example, the 100m³ mixer mainly adopts a direct attach blade or triangular blade. Direct attach blades are economical and easy to install. While, rotary blades can achieve higher mixing speed and provide a more even mixing effect.

• The screws are connected by vane for easy on site installation.
• There is no quick wear parts basically. The reducer adopts durable gear reducer for prolonging the service life.
