Aluminum powder mixers are used to mix aluminum powder and water for desired concentration liquid.
The aluminum powder mixer is driven by the motor. The motor rotates in a clockwise direction (view from above) and then drives the rotation of stirring shaft and stirrer. In doing so, the materials in the shell will rotate, leading to mixing.
After mixing, the aluminum powder mixer will drop from the discharge outlet. The bottom of the mixer shell is conical and material discharging is controlled by a pneumatic butterfly valve, leading to a smooth discharge.
There are three types of aluminum powdermixer:
The common aluminum powder mixer is mainly composed of the mixer shell and stirrer. After weighing is done, aluminum powder (paste) and water are put into the mixer. Generally, the aluminum powder (paste) and water poured in each mold will be weighed once.
The semi-automatic aluminum powder mixer is mainly composed of 2 shells (one large, one small), 2 weighing systems, 2 stirrers, pump and valve. Workers need to put about 20kg aluminum powder into the large shell. The control system will automatically fill the water in the large shell stirring depending on the quantity of aluminum powder being put into the mixer, and then start stirring.
The control system will automatically weigh the aluminum powder slurry by the small shell according to ingredient amounts, and pour into the aluminum powder mixer.
