Travelling Crane Component

During the production of AAC blocks or panels, many travelling crane components such as hoists and clamps are required for transferring aerated concrete cakes or stacking finished AAC products.

Flipping hoist: tilts the precuring molds by 90° to take off the mold and then matches the empty mold with the side plate. The clamping device driven by hydraulic motor is adopted to prevent slurry leakage.
Hoist for: transferring the cut aerated concrete cakes from the cutting car to the hardening car.
Separate stacking hoist: transferring the stack of semi-product with the side plate from the hardening car to side plate roller table.
Finished product hoist: combining the finished products into different packaging specifications in prior to packaging.
