Introduction
Also called a transverse trolley, an AAC plant transfer cart is used for the transition of different pathways. AAC plant transfer carts include the frame, running gear, draft gear and locating device.

    Windlass Transfer Cart
    The windlass transfer cart is equipped with a cable drum. With 380V power, the cables carried by the cable drum provide power to the motor, thus allowing the transfer cart to launch, stop, move forward, and move back.
  • Draught Ferry Cart

    Draught Ferry Cart
    The draught ferry cart is equipped with a pusher. When the ferry cart moves, the autoclaving trolley is driven by the pusher.
  • Friction Wheel Transfer Cart

    The friction wheel transfer cart is equipped with a friction wheel which allows the transfer cart to move by utilizing a friction transmission.

    This ferry cart is equipped with a moving trolley for loading the concrete blocks.

    1: Transfer Cart for Pouring
  • Mainly used between pouring and pre-curing sections. Optional type: windlass transfer cart, draught ferry cart, friction wheel transfer cart.
    • 2: Transfer Cart for Cutting
  • Mainly used between pre-curing and cutting sections. Optional type: windlass transfer cart, small trolley ferry cart, friction wheel transfer cart.
    • 3: Transfer Cart for Grouping
  • Mainly used in grouping sections before autoclaving. Optional type: windlass transfer cart, draught ferry cart, friction wheel transfer cart.
    • 4: Transfer Cart from autoclaving to packaging
  • Mainly used between autoclaving and packaging section. Optional type: windlass transfer cart, draught ferry cart, small trolley ferry cart.
